How It Works

When you are being relocated to The Woodlands and surrounding areas, you may be presented with corporate benefits which may include a referral for a Realtor from your company and/or relocation company. However, most employees do not realize that you still have the right to select your preferred realtor as long as they are relocation certified. The McClung Group has been working with relocation companies to welcome families into our area since 2001.

Relocating Out of The Area

Just as you are able to request us to be your Realtor when purchasing a home, you can also request your Relocation Company to assign us as your Listing Agent if you are relocated out of the area. Our goal is to minimize your stressors in the relocation process and take over those for you with the home sale, so you and your family can focus on where you are going and start that process in getting the family settled in the new area and let you focus on your new position.
