When you are being relocated to The Woodlands and surrounding areas, you may be presented with corporate benefits which may include a referral for a Realtor from your company and/or relocation company. However, most employees do not realize that you still have the right to select your preferred realtor as long as they are relocation certified. The McClung Group has been working with relocation companies to welcome families into our area since 2001. We have helped employees from major companies in the Houston area like ExxonMobil, Anadarko, Shell, HP, Chevron, Huntsman, McKesson to name a few and the list goes on. Being a Certified Relocation Specialist for the past 20+ years our team understands all of the extra steps that must be followed and carried out during the relocation process to insure you and your employer are covered throughout the transaction.
Relocating Out of The Area
Just as you are able to request us to be your Realtor when purchasing a home, you can also request your Relocation Company to assign us as your Listing Agent if you are relocated out of the area. Our goal is to minimize your stressors in the relocation process and take over those for you with the home sale, so you and your family can focus on where you are going and start that process in getting the family settled in the new area and let you focus on your new position. We have systems in place to take care of our relocation properties and monitoring and reporting that is required to keep you and your relocation company updated throughout the process.
We also can assist our clients moving out of the area with referrals to the Top Agents anywhere in the World with the ability to place you with the highest producing agents by zip code and who have similar teams and processes you have come to expect when working with our team.
